Tungsten Carbide Bushings for High-Temperature Applications

The tungsten carbide matrix of tungsten carbide bushings has a melting point of up to 1400°C, and maintains a hardness of HRA85 or above at 800°C for long-term service. Its coefficient of thermal expansion is only 1/3 of that of steel, which effectively reduces structural deformation due to temperature fluctuations and makes it suitable for extreme environments such as heat treatment furnaces and cracking furnaces.

The hard alloy material has a Rockwell hardness of HRA89-93, which is 100 times more wear-resistant than tool steel. The specially designed spiral oil groove structure can reduce the friction coefficient by 30%, together with the supersonic spraying of tungsten carbide coating on the surface (thickness of 20-50μm), which further extends the service life.

In the crystallizer of continuous casting machine, the YG15 material bushings can resist the washing of 1500℃ steel; the carburizing furnace guide bushings adopt YG8 grade, which has a life span of 5 times that of ordinary steel bushings and ensures the continuous and stable operation of the carburizing process at 950℃.

As a core component in the industrial field, the reliability of cemented carbide bushings has a direct impact on production efficiency. Choosing the right bushing manufacturer will help you to improve production efficiency. As a professional manufacturer of Cemented Carbide, Jinxin can provide customized service for you.
