Two, the correct use of lubricants.  Choose the lubricant with good lubrication effect to do the cooling and lubrication work of hard alloy drawing die.

Three, reasonable selection of compression rate.  Select the appropriate compression rate according to the size and performance of the drawn wire. If the compression rate is too small, the production cost will be increased; if the compression rate is too large, the die life will be reduced, and even the phenomenon of exploding die will occur.

Iv. Keep molds properly.  The suspended mould should be protected with anti-rust oil.
