Machining industry

As a cutting tool material, it is used to manufacture various cutting tools such as turning tools, milling tools, planer tools and so on. In turning processing, carbide turning strips can precisely process shaft parts and other parts to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the parts; in milling processing, they can efficiently remove metal materials, such as milling mold cavities in the process of mold manufacturing.

Mold Manufacturing Field

It is used to manufacture inserts, punches, concave dies and other parts of molds. In stamping molds, carbide punches can withstand high impact force and maintain dimensional accuracy during long-term stamping process to ensure the quality of stamped parts. In injection molds, carbide inserts can be used to mold some parts with high precision requirements and high wear.

Mining field

Used in the manufacture of drilling tools, mining tools and so on. For example, in oil drilling, carbide drill bars can effectively break rocks and improve drilling efficiency; in coal mining, carbide cut-off bars can be used to cut coal and rocks and extend the service life of tools.
