Application field of tungsten alloy rod
Tungsten alloy rod is made of high specific gravity tungsten alloy, with good mechanical properties, such as high tensile strength, high temperature resistance, good ductility and so on, widely used in industrial fields.
In machining, such as in the casting of cannon barrel, tungsten alloy rod drill pipe is mainly extended by drilling with a single point cutting tool to obtain a precise diameter of the round hole. Tungsten alloy rods can also be used to cut conical round holes.
Typical applications include tungsten rods as counterweights and counterweights for aircraft control surfaces and rotor blades, counterweights for navigation systems, flywheels as counterweights, and turbine engine crankshafts. When mixed with heat-resistant steel, tungsten alloy rods can be used as high-temperature resistant components in guns, guns, rockets, satellites, aircraft and ships. Other applications include radiation shielding, gyro rotors, weapons manufacturing including armor-piercing shells, and high-temperature tools.
